Can't See Hot Items (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Quick access items (torch, bomb) were no longer visible on the monitor at the bottom left. Bread is visible. Therefore, I can not take either the bomb or the torch. It's impossible to play any more. Tell me what can be done.

According to the very first post: look in the interface settings, there seems to be an "additional equipment" parameter (well, or something like that)
