Quest items (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

There was a quest, there was a key left from it or a note that I had already read ... a book, notes, etc.
The quest is over ... but the things in the stripped quest remained .. and this does not apply to the monocle and the skull of a raven from 1 location in 40 hours I have a lot of this rubbish, and there are such pieces of paper that, after reading, cease to be quest items and fall into the usual inventory where the zhrach lies like books - but the rest remain infuriating very much about the huge amount of unnecessary waste paper ... as a deliverance from them ? Maybe someone knows?
