I play for 20 minutes at low-medium settings, after this time it starts to lag, the temperature of the video card and CPU is normal (VK - 60 degrees, CPU - 40), I restart the computer, turn on the game and everything is fine. I do not think that during the reboot it will have time to cool. What could be the problem?Look briefly. I recently ran into this problem myself.

If the temperature of the video card is 60 degrees when the computer is idle, this is not normal. When the game freezes, it’s better to turn it off and use some program to measure the use of the GPU while the computer is idle, in theory it should not be higher than 5-10%, but if it is 50-60% (or even 100% as I had), then you caught a virus-miner, which someone kindly distributes on PG with some kind of file. You need to find the desired process in the task manager (which uses the video card) and close it, and then delete the file that launched this process, and the problem will be solved.
