Places of Power do not add skill points (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

When you approach and for the first time and use the "Place of Power" should be awarded 1 skill point + bonus. When I use the place of power, nothing happens, Geralt just sits down and gets up. Please help me solve the problem.
