War of the Nilf and the North (no spoilers) (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Will there be quests in the game related to the military actions of Nilfgaard against Redania (as in Skyrim, for example)? I met a large nilfgaard camp and thought maybe there will be interesting quests or we wonâ€™t be able to influence the outcome of the war in any way?

There is a quest to kill Radovid, and this is the maximum.
The rest does not interest him.
He is a witcher, not a Redanian/Nilfagaard regular army soldier.
