How to download other voice acting on a license? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Is it possible to somehow download a different voice acting in the incentive, Iâ€™m interested in French, but I canâ€™t figure out how to tear it out, they are downloaded for free in the origin, but not installed.

You open the library, you right-click on the witcher, at the bottom of the properties, the localization tab, it seems, and there you choose
