Flies on the mission \"Island of Mists\" !!!SPOILERS!!! (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In general, when I sail to the island of fogs and follow the firefly, it brings me to the house where, after a dialogue with the shipwrecked sailors, they send me to find their comrades, immediately after I agree, the game stupidly flies to the desktop without errors or anything else. The game is licensed GOG with the latest patch and latest video drivers. What is the problem who faced and how to solve?
