Saves, indicates a different date and time (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In general, I recently went through the second Witcher, and now I started the third one, I see saves and even seem to have transferred them, but when you choose which save to transfer, the date and time are different, for example, my last save is 05/23/15/04:11, and there it shows 22.05 .15/22:11, the name of the save is the same 0380, why is that?
