Can't continue game (Wasteland 2)

HE JUST FLEW OUT DURING THE GAME AND NOW THIS!!! All saves are in place. I CAN'T CONTINUE

copy the saves to another folder, then delete the game along with the original saves. Install again, start again, save somewhere, and then throw old saves with a replacement
