How to enable Russian subtitles? (Batman: Arkham City)

I bought a game on sale in Steam, but it is in English, and there is no choice of language, tell me how to enable Russian subs, or maybe there is Russian voice acting? I found it on Asylum, but there is nothing for this part

do as most people who bought a license download steam-rip (it should have Russian subs and menus) install, then start steam and specify the installation folder where you installed the rip and that's it (there is no Russian voice acting for this game)

Why is it so hard to open the manual...I've never suffered from this nonsense with rips...

Download a pirate and you will have a Russian translation, and voice acting and even subtitles
