Does not give experience for quests (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Passed quests to find the bastard Jr., the stolen treasury, about the play and the quest Radovita. They did not give a single gram of exp. Bug?

Here is the thing. You can complete a quest of a higher level with a low level, but then you will not get exp, or you will get very little ~10-50.
