Polish and Russian localization (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The question arose - is it possible to install the Polish localization without losing the Russian.Steam version. In the properties of the language, I chose Polish, downloaded 2 GB with a little, but Russian disappeared. I put Russian again downloading files, Polish disappears. Is it possible to install both localizations at the same time and select them later in the game itself. Thank you.

I'm personally going to play in Polish, like the previous two games.

In Steam, in the properties of the game, select the Polish language, the Polish language pack will be loaded. Then, in the game itself (and the menu will already be in Polish), go to Opcje - WYBOR JEZYKA - JEZYK NAPISOW - ROSYJSKI. There will be Polish voice acting with Russian subtitles.
