Starts to lag after 15-20 minutes of play (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

It starts to lag after 15-20 minutes of playing.! I play for 5-20 minutes at high settings (without nvidia hairs) fps 50-60. Then it drops to 20 and even if you change the settings it rises by 2-3.
