He randomly drops out of various beasts, just take orders in the villages at the stands, a mutagen drops out of the ordered creature 100%.

Drops from almost every naker. This is some nonsense. While I farmed 4 naker hearts for the white raffar potion, I got 53 blue mutagens. Heartless Nackers
