Set the resolution to a minimum and test later, increase the settings and see what makes it freeze. Although everyone already knows that 1st place is a hairworks, 2nd is the vegetation rendering range, 3rd shadows, the rest are not particularly annoying. Personally, I scored 1080 on 7700 hd 1 gb and switched to 900 resolution in the game, everything is set to high and all options are enabled , well, except for the range of vegetation and hairworks.

Clean install - when you haven't started the game yet, there shouldn't be any saves.
