Where to buy / find a recipe. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Guys, does anyone know who can buy or where to find recipes for albedo and rebis? Zadolbalsya already, by G-d, to run in search. Only Bear swords cannot be improved, everything else is done :c
