no offense, but from this screenshot you can only guess on the coffee grounds what is wrong with you. try update the video drivers, reinstall/update direct X, install different Microsoft Visual C++ libraries, check the system for viruses, check for Russian letters in the game installation path (they should not be), change Windows to a different version / bit depth, run the game in compatibility mode with another OS, turn off the firewall / antivirus, run the game as an administrator, etc. :) and yes, there is always google, it should help + game forum
