Location question (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Question for those who are already far away or have already completed the game. Tell me, is there anything new to be added to the locations? I mean besides Skelige, Novigrad, no man's land (or whatever they are called), orchard. What I mean is that 3 areas are circled on the world map for a quick transition, but the map is large and there are areas that are not open (not available for transition). Will new locations actually open or not? except for these 4 which are open from the very beginning.
