What platform are you playing on? (Crysis 2)
What hardware will we be playing on?Temyc.RU I'm not talking about that. DX11 is already officially known. But what exactly will be - DX9 or DX10 - is unknown. Now it has become fashionable to make DX11 and DX9, like, for example, LP2, HAWX 2, etc. etc.
I will play on Core 2 Quad 2.97 Ghz, 4gb, Geforce 9800 GTX+ and the same with SLI system.
with normal optimization on gts 250 1gb, if everything is like with the first part, then on a computer in a cartoon on settings that will give me a performance of 30-40 fps, and alone on boxing
I'm on what it's worth right now (look in my profile). My hardware will pull Crysis 2 quite well!
I specially prepared for it, and set myself an HD5870 and now DirectX 11, if it is in Crysis 2, is not terrible for me, especially on my monitor (1280x1024).
On such a system
AMD Phenom x3
GeForce 250GTSx2
4GB of RAM
Windows 7
On a 1280x1024 monitor
I think it should go to the maximum, but if it doesn’t work, I’ll buy myself a PS3.
Monstr_Crysis runs the risk of not noticing all the effects of Dx11 on such a monitor. I advise you to buy at least 1680 / 1050 (let's say for the new year =), but better full xd - they are even cheaper. I used to have your format before, then I replaced it with 22 "- just different impressions of the games. At the same time, I didn’t even change the card at first (there was a Gts 250).
And yes, I prepared not badly, but not on a budget
If I were you, AKMA32 would have dumped both Gts 250 long ago, and replaced it with one GTX 460 almost without paying extra. Especially since Win 7 costs
CryTime
Yes, I thought about it. I even wrote a GTX460 and i5 in my profile because I was already going to buy them. But after thinking about it, in 2 years you will again have to change the CPU and GPU (the new generation of cards from Radeon 6 *** and Nvidia GTX5 ** are coming out again). So I'm not in a hurry to spend money on a computer. Maybe I'll buy a console. It is more than a computer will serve.
Optimization will depend on whether they make Crysis 2 directly to PEKA or port it from Xbox or pussy 3...and we all know the consequences of ports...for (dummies (Gta4 and black ops code))
AKMA32 is quite a practical approach. Especially if plasma is at home, or graphics are not a priority. And speaking of video cards, in my opinion, if you take a new model (of the current year) and subsequently it serves 2-3 years without failures, pulling out applications with a nice frame rate at high / maximum quality, then the purchase can be considered successful. Changing components every year is of course insanity, but once every two or three years is quite acceptable without causing much damage to your pocket.
macs5500 what resolution do you have? if the horizontal is less than 2000, then there is no point in overpaying for memory, and a gigabyte is enough
mr.Truman the game is created entirely on a PC, and thanks to the capabilities of the engine, changes immediately go to consoles (RealTime technology). Moreover, I heard that the console versions of the game are already ready, and the release date was postponed specifically for the sake of additional attention to the PC version. So, fortunately, there is no need to talk about porting in this case.
