Glyphs - is there a way to combine small glyphs into large ones, etc.? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

These are small stones that you insert into the slots on the equipment and they give you bonuses to signs / attack / defense, if I'm not mistaken.

Well, there is a tab to combine mutagens in alchemy, but I haven’t seen this miracle with glyphs.

I didn’t see this either, but it’s complete crap, I had such stones lying around at 0% to attack power ... well, why?
