Freezes in the middle of the game (Risen 3: Titan Lords)

What to do if, when passing at a certain point in the game, it constantly lags and does not go any further!
30 times I tried to go through this moment with all the answer options, but it still bugs no matter how hard I try!
And 2 times reinstalled from different sites!
Can something be done in my case?

What kind of place, maybe you messed up with cheats and now the plot branch is broken in the game?

reinstall windows or use scripts if possible

had a similar problem with muskets - installed codecs that are with the game in the folder - it seems to have helped
