Do you guys have dolby digital live in the game? I only have stereo

Tiamat 7.1 Normal flight. I do not observe glitches and hangs in the sound.

on the remote control and on the unit itself there is such a button Direct (at least for me)) ... it seems like a direct signal from the source (if I understand correctly)

If you understand that "dolby digital live" is a software codec that on a computer turns "what can be transmitted to the speakers" into a 5.1 stream going through the digital interface to the receiver, then yes it works
If you mean "dolby digital PLUS" which is declared as present in the game, and which "probably" should be recognized by the receiver as 5.1 / 7.1 via a digital cable, then there is no ordinary stereo ...
