Game map (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

In the description they wrote that the game world is seamless, but in fact it is a set of locations, since it is impossible to go beyond the location and walk to another one, writes that dragons live on and return back. And how to catch it, I thought that the world would be really open like in the Far Cry series, but in reality itâ€™s just a set of locations.
