Assistance in coaching career. Career not created (FIFA 15)

Hi all! I have a problem creating a coaching career! After I entered the name and surname of the coach, I click next, then the download goes on and the game gives an error with the creation of a career. Can anyone suggest what it could be?

Yes here that's just the point that absolutely left name and a surname (fictional). Before starting his career, he made several transfers of players to his team) and that's it! I tried to regenerate through CM 15, but still in vain!

Return everything as it was. When I changed the skills and data of the players through CM15, it was very buggy in my career. If you transfer in the game through the settings, everything should work fine.
