story length and quality (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
How long is the plot?I spent about 6 hours to get to the vizima with the completion of all side tasks.
Foxtrot banshi
"feels" like the previous parts of the Witcher series. I don’t see the point of comparing with TES and DA
Den Good
I just didn't like the second part! I hope there are no repetitions!
Which Skyrim? Which Dragon Age? original comparisons. Neither one nor the other. I would compare with Gothic - there are more similarities; but I will say that the Witcher is its own game, not like the selected series.
With 200 hours of side quests! (approximately)
In my case, 400 hours. Although, who knows. It's just that I even managed to stretch the second Witcher for 50 hours.
Foxtrot banshi
The atmosphere is more like Dragon Age 3, but it's the mechanics of Skyrim. There are not hundreds of tasks like collect 100 units of shit.
Delicate thighs
Rolled down, but piranhas don't do it that way. But the first two parts in my personal top are in the first place, the Witcher series is in the second (maybe the third part will overthrow Gothic from the pedestal).
The third gothic was also really good when played with all the patches and mods, and also very beautiful, even now.
Tender thighs
Your point of view is not the only one in the world. The last parts in general can not be considered as gothic.
And the first parts are not particularly outdated, because. Since then, there have been no revolutionary changes in the gaming industry. And in terms of the layout of the open world, the second Gothic has not yet been surpassed (maybe the third witcher only, but I repeat, I have not played). + imhl, in gothic the best musical accompaniment among those games in which I played.
Gentle thighs
Well, in GTA and Beatman, apart from the plot, all that remains is to look for jumps and dull riddles - there is no incentive to explore the world, although I do not argue - the world in GTA 5 is very beautiful.
But in general, I meant action-rpg, and not all games (I forgot to add it in the comment). In Gothic, the whole world is made completely by hand, all chests are also filled by hand, all quests are non-trivial (which is worth testing for a fire mage). Skyrim isn't even close.
Evolution is debatable. In the action-RPG genre, I personally noticed a qualitative change since the gothic era only in the presentation of the plot, directing videos and grafonium. In terms of pumping and the combat system in Gothic, there is an almost perfect balance, unlike Skyrim and even the first two witchers.
In general, I recommend playing gothic and making up your mind, as the argument turns out to be unconstructive.
Regarding the term "layout" itself, I meant implementation, content and liveliness.
