Stuck in inventory (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

It hangs in the inventory, not always but very often, only restarting the PC helps, what could be the problem?

the same garbage, just not enough to complete the process through the task manager, and randomly happens, maybe in a minute, or maybe 6 hours not to hang
