Game operation on GTX 760 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

and THIS IS OPTIMIZATION I have a gtx 760 here they said that for maximum settings you need 770 so I can’t squeeze 60 fps out of my card (at a resolution of 1920x1080) While my GTA flies at high at 60 fps ... I was really looking forward to the game unfortunately disappointed .
