Dialogue Deception (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Maybe I donâ€™t understand something, but I learned the signâ€™s deception for 2, even put it in the ability. But during the dialogues, the Deception option is highlighted in red and does not work.

Maybe the skills have not reached the level to deceive? Has it gone far?

Not far, the character has lvl 7, the Deception skill has been pumped in by 2, but in the end it is still highlighted in red and does not work
