Well, in the second video there are lighting glitches. These are not uncommon, I have seen this in many games. Write your configs

Config in profile. All settings on high, shadows on medium, NPCs on ultra. Everyones there SSAO are disconnected in general. Steam license. The most interesting thing is that these lighting glitches can only be observed on the top roof. On the lower roof and on the ground they are not at all.

Probably. But then why did they give the Witcher the opportunity to climb there? I simply, out of an old habit of an assassin, wanted to inspect the surroundings from above and synchronize the map of the area. And then there's this bummer...
