Making bombs, etc. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I can’t understand the humor of the game, I created 2 bombs to destroy nests, I used them, after they ran out, I try to create more bombs, and they write to me that they already have one, although they are not in the backpack and when you hover over the cell in the inventory, the same shows that there are 0 out of 2. How to create more bombs? Why does it say that I already have them? Is this some kind of glitch?
