Glitch with needs (Dungeons 2)

Faced one glitch. After several hours of playing endless mode as Horde, one goblin (and then another) had their beer and boredom needs drop to ~-20000, causing them to go on strike. They cannot satisfy their needs (values â€‹â€‹below zero). So they stand and strike. Has anyone encountered such a glitch, or am I the only unlucky one?

Rather not a glitch. A feature from the developers. Considering the ability of "hypnosis", and the fact that after applying it, they immediately go on to work.
