Sagging fps in inventory (Borderlands 2)

If you go into the inventory, the fps drops to 15-18, it's terribly annoying. The map and menu for learning skills do not lag. Maybe someone has already encountered a similar problem?

immediately obvious that you have a weak computer, just like me. Lower the graphics settings and remove the black outline of the testurs (The increase in FPS will be huge. In some places it accelerates to 60 for me). But note that the game will lose its style a little, there will be no drawing effect.

The fact of the matter is that the game is stable at 30 fps, but as soon as I open the inventory, the fps drops sharply.

After digging in the inventory, it drops from 60 to 30, only reboot helps =(((
