11 out of 12 Rakiyat Trials (Far Cry 3)

lads, I passed everything by 99%, I did all the tests and received medals in them, but it highlights that not all and I donâ€™t know which one !!! shows 11/12 and that's it

Guys, I passed Far cry 2 times, the first time 6 tests, rakiyat and in the second save 6 tests, 98% is on the 2nd save, and those 6 tests that I passed on the 1st save are not passed on the 2nd save, (black) stars , although they didnâ€™t pass 2 times ... 6/12, tests, sadness, help ...
