Steam account hack

Yesterday, an unknown hacked a steam account (or mail and then steam). When I restored the mail and the account itself, I saw that the money on the incentive was spent on buying ~ 5 keys in cs: go. Messages about password changes and key purchase remained in the mail. There is also a screenshot of the "staem guard notification" that it was NOT me who entered my account. Hack 1 time. I want to know in which section of Steam support to write, and is it possible to somehow punish the scammer? I apologize in advance for the quality of the screenshot :(
