Bans offline (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Ban for these mods offline/the campaign mode? Heard a Rockstar when it went crazy and began to ban

If you install mods and play with them only in story mode that are not banned and if a mod is online will get banned guaranteed.

Your pirates in addition to the license and do with it what you want, and guaranteed nothing will happen ,and so if you only plot to use nothing .Personally, I imagine two versions of the set pirates with mods and a clean license online ,once again nothing to remove and so on is not necessary)
