Parallax mapping on PCI didn't notice it in the PC version. Does Parallax mapping work on your PC or not, if so, what setting is responsible for enabling it?

Both tessellation and textures are at their maximum. Changing other parameters does not give the desired effect. Do you have voluminous bricks or not?

I think rockstar will release this Parallax Mapping soon, as they did with version 1.00-1.08 on current generation consoles.

In principle, tessellation is meant for something else. It increases the number of polygons. Paired with the parallax effect, it allows you to increase the realism of embossed surfaces.
