Problem with machine installation by Replace method. (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Hi all! Previously, I installed cars using the addon and replace methods and there were no problems. But now I ran into a problem, after downloading the machine I don’t know where to throw these files. Photo files attached to the letter.
In the stream folder there are files to replace the car, but since there is no car with the name ikx3abt20, I have to take any in-game sedan for example tailgater and replace ikx3abt with tailgater , right? But in this case, the tuning lays down crookedly and in general the car barely moves. As I understand it, for the machine to work well, you also need to install the files carlos.meta , handling.meta and further, which are also attached, but I don’t understand where to throw them.
And also the __resource.lua file I don’t understand what to do with it. Thanks
