How to turn off the light beams completely? (A Plague Tale: Requiem)

On Steam and GOG I have a problem with light and rays from the sun, the light breaks up into pixels, is it possible to remove them somehow?
Maybe there is a hidden setting?
I already set everything to zero in ENGINESETTINGS, still the problem with the light remains.
Anyone should have a setting for this option, the question is where to look for it.

The light and rays of the sun are most likely sewn into the game! I think it is possible through the matrix code, as they did with Far cry primal

what kind of bug does that look like. there may be a problem with the video card diver.
