Help me solve my wifi problem

The problem is that a specific Wi-Fi works fine on the phone, but when you connect from a laptop, it doesnâ€™t load at all (the router has rebooted a hundred times already), plus the problem appeared abruptly, one day everything was fine, and the next bam and thatâ€™s it, so how to solve?
