Problems in Coach Career Mode (FIFA 23)

Quite often, after the end of negotiations on the lease of my players, the player in question appears and nothing further happens, there is no reaction to pressing any buttons, the game does not seem to freeze, but nothing can be done, even if the negotiations ended in failure, it still appears the player against some background moves a little bit by itself and nothing further can be done. It also happened once that at the end of the training, all the accessories and players disappeared, the field remained, the music remained, and nothing could be done further. We have to forcibly close the game and then from the same moment do everything again and after the negotiations again the same picture. Does everyone have this problem? And I didn’t find where to turn on autosave of a career, every game day, just in case, manually save constantly flipping through the menu
