Mod OCM (People Playground)

I faced such problem. Once upon a time, an accidentally downloaded OSM mod had a hand in almost all of my buildings, which does not allow me to upgrade to the latest version of the game, since this mod does not work on it. So, is there any way to remove the dependence of buildings on this mod? Because I really need them

Go to the old version, spawn the save and remove all NPCs from it, then save it and re-enter the game. When you enter the game, turn off the OSM and spawn the save, adding people back and save again
