Unable to participate in the daily championship. (Gran Turismo Sport)

Hello everyone, two days ago I bought the game and went through driving school decided to try the daily championship. I click on register in the championship and it throws me into the ps store, to which I do not have access because I live in Russia and writes these materials cannot be selected at the moment.
