Help setting up the mod (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Tell an illiterate 27-year-old non-IT person who does not know English, who has been working in an IT company for 3 years). The "Extra Skill Slots and Mutations" mod, with its usual installation, has 18 skill slots and 4 mutagen slots by default, but how to set this mod to look like it is shown in the screenshot below.

No, I just started playing, I added the mod after the start of the game and on the first lock now, I have not yet found the elixir to reset the leveling. Should this help display the cells?

I looked at this mod and it has several options for settings. Most likely, new cells will appear in you gradually, as your level grows.
