Game running on Xbox Series S (Mortal Kombat 11)

Before that I played mk on my computer, and never felt any problems with it. Everything went smoothly. But recently I switched to xbox and every new match almost brings me to shaking. Ping below 150 does not fall. Friezes, receptions with a delay.
I can't understand: is this normal for this console or is there still a way to solve problems

In Japan, China, Korea, Ukraine, etc. Even in Poland it's bad on x box.

Strange, I thought it was because the Mikes left the country. Good thing I don't play almost anything multiplayer.
And what, even switching the region in the console settings will not help? Maybe if you pick one closer, the system will throw on servers with a lower ping ... Or does it not work that way?
