Pumping a non-pumpable car (Saints Row: The Third)

To pump a blocked car, you need to:

1. Take any car and drive it to a car repair shop (don't forget to knock down a pedestrian along the way. A couple is better :)
2. Select the "garage" item and the car you want to pump (you don't need to just hover your mouse over the name).
3. !!!IMPORTANT!!! Now press "Enter", select "cancel", then press "Esc" and now select "accept".
4. Done. Now you can disfigure pump the car :)
