Looking for a specific version of the mod for Soulstorm (Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War)

I welcome everyone.
Such a question, I once had a mod, if memory serves, no limit mod, with one nuance. It removed the limits on weapon upgrades. So I could make a Space Marine squad with 8 Heavy Bolters, or a Terminator squad with 8 Heavy Flamers. And so on. Plus, again, if memory serves, it was possible for tau to build both Kion and Montka at the same time.
However, now, when installing this mod, there are no such opportunities. I've tried all versions, from the first to the latest for Soulstorm, and there are limits to weapon upgrades everywhere.
Please help me find the right mod, or the right version of this mod.
