Where can I download English commentators? (FIFA 23)

Tell me where you can separately download English. commentators?
There is offline activation in origin only with Russian commentators.

you go to Steam. library, fifa23 PCM, properties, change the language to English. and then in origin the same way. The game will remain in Russian and the commentators will be in English

Thanks for the reply, but I can't go online (to Origin) and download. Offline activation ... Now I'm looking for where to separately download and throw it into the game folder.
