Question about injuries and continuation of the game (FIFA 15)

Such a thing happened. In the second half of my career, I made 3 substitutions, and almost at the end of the match, my player gets injured. A window popped up to replace it, but I already spent all of them. And so, I canâ€™t make a replacement, I canâ€™t remove a player from the field and itâ€™s impossible to continue the game. Who faced this and what is the solution to this problem?

This is a jamb of the game, the developers did not think of such a situation on the field. But this rarely happens, I only had two times in a few dozen seasons.
