Virgil for \"bloody mess\" (DmC: Devil May Cry)

Hi all! Could you tell me where I can find a fully (or most) working mod "Vergil for Blood Palace"? I already tried to find the mod myself, but the only thing I found out is that there will soon be a console re-release with this mod (respectively, completed), which is not at all what I need, because I don’t have a console.
