Mods not installing (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Please tell me, I reinstalled the skyrim launcher, it does not see Steam mods, I tried to register an ini line in scarim, everything is correct in the registry, maybe someone faced such a problem

mods are not installed on the workshop after the patch. a simple option to download the English launcher and run through it

IMHO, it's easier to find not a launcher "skyrim launcher eng download", but a crack for the English Steam version (or try to push the string files from Russian into English yourself).
